The Grill at The International, located in Sydney NSW, is seeking experienced Section Waitstaff to join its CBD team. This casual, onsite role operates within a fast-paced dining environment where polished, professional service is delivered, with a focus on genuine hospitality, thorough food, wine, and beverage knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.

This position is suited for hospitality professionals who are comfortable managing their own section, excel in busy service periods, and take satisfaction in crafting memorable guest experiences while collaborating within a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a section in a quality restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages.
• Confidence in providing professional, attentive service in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement capabilities.
• Professional presentation with a keen eye for detail.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• A team-first approach with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Providing warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the guest journey.
• Managing your assigned section with confidence and efficiency.
• Maintaining venue presentation and service standards.
• Collaborating closely with kitchen, bar, and support teams to ensure seamless service.
• Building genuine rapport with guests and anticipating their needs.
• Upholding The Grill's hospitality standards at all times.
