We are seeking a Senior Manager, Food & Beverage – Australia to shape, lead, and elevate the Food & Beverage experience across Perisher, Falls Creek, and Hotham. This role is based at The Station in Jindabyne and reports to the Director, Hospitality Experience - Australia. You will be positioned at the core of our Australian operations, combining strategic influence with practical leadership across some of the nation's most recognised alpine destinations.

Your responsibilities will include leading a varied, high-volume portfolio encompassing restaurants, bars, events, and on-mountain experiences. This involves building exceptional leadership teams, driving commercial outcomes, and crafting guest experiences that are as memorable as the mountains themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food & Beverage operations across three prominent alpine resorts.
• Creation of innovative guest experiences to enhance our hospitality offering.
• Development of high-performing hospitality leaders and building future capacity.
• Driving commercial performance, service excellence, and operational consistency.
• Championing a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience leading multi-site teams in dynamic, customer-focused environments, with a proven ability to build teams and improve performance.
• Demonstrated capability to evolve food and beverage operations to provide differentiated guest experiences.
• Strong commercial and financial capabilities.
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Experience within resorts, tourism, hotels, or seasonal operations will be highly regarded.
