The position involves leading and supervising catering operations across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include ensuring high service delivery standards, team management, fostering client relationships, and maintaining regulatory compliance, all while promoting operational efficiency and expansion.

A typical day involves:

• Overseeing the operations team at multiple Aged Care and Education sites.
• Supporting the operational team in delivering high-quality events and functions.
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring adherence to the food safety program.
• Effectively managing budgets and resources to optimise operational costs.
• Maintaining high levels of compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety legislation.
• Leading diverse teams to achieve optimal performance.
• Opportunities for travel within South Australia.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in leading multi-site catering, hospitality, or corporate food service operations.
• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a recognised equivalent culinary qualification.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven history of managing multi-site operational budgets.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholder environments.
• A current Police Check and the capacity to obtain a Working with Children Check.
