Requirements:

• Australian work rights are essential. Sponsorship may be available for suitable candidates.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• 1-2 years of McDonald's management experience is required.
• 24/7 shift availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), sales, people practices, and profit during each shift.
• Oversee employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
• Engage with crew and fellow managers to achieve strong business outcomes by implementing the McDonald's Experience during every shift.
• Ensure each customer has a memorable McDonald's experience.
• Comply with restaurant safety and security standards, including investigating all incidents and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager as needed.
• In addition to supervising employees, manage a primary system critical to the daily operations of a 24/7 business.
