Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd is seeking a Shift Manager for our Kangaroo Flat location.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and as a member of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will be instrumental in the success of your restaurant, embodying our core values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power”. This will involve leading a team in service and production areas, where:

• Guests are prioritised in all business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and overseeing promotional activities.
• Developing and leading employees.
• Managing store merchandising.
• Controlling and managing stock.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and guests.
