We are seeking energetic Shift Managers for full-time positions at our Clyde location. This onsite role involves the supervision of shifts and the management of a specific restaurant area. As a 24-hour operation, we offer flexible scheduling, though working days and hours may be adjusted to meet operational demands.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC), sales, people practices, and profit during your shifts.
• Supervise employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
• Uphold restaurant safety and security standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain food safety to the highest standard.
• Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.
• Actively seek customer feedback to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate within the team to provide the best quality and customer experience.

• A police check is required for successful applicants over 18 years of age.
• A valid right to work in Australia is essential.

Qualifications:

• Management experience in Hospitality or Retail is preferred but not required.
• First Aid Level 2 is preferred but not required.
• Fire Safety Training is preferred but not required.
