We are seeking energetic Shift Managers for casual, part-time, and full-time roles. This position involves the supervision of shifts and the management of a specific restaurant area. As a 24-hour operation, we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate varying availability. Please note that working days and hours may be subject to adjustment based on restaurant needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), alongside sales, people practices, and profit during your shifts.
- Oversee employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
- Uphold restaurant safety and security standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain food safety at the highest standard.
- Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant objectives.
- Actively solicit customer feedback to enhance customer experience and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate within the team to provide the highest quality and experience for our customers.

Qualifications:
- Management experience in Hospitality or Retail (preferred but not required).
- First Aid Level 2 (preferred but not required).
- Fire Safety Training (preferred but not required).
