We are seeking energetic Shift Managers for casual, part-time, and full-time roles at McDonald's. This position involves the supervision of shifts and the management of a specific restaurant area. Operating as a 24-hour business, we offer flexible scheduling arrangements to accommodate your availability. Please note that working days and hours may be adjusted to align with restaurant operational needs.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC), sales, people practices, and profit during your shifts.
• Oversee staff to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
• Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to maintain a secure work environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety.
• Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to meet shift targets and restaurant objectives.
• Proactively gather customer feedback to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate within a team to provide the best quality and experience for our customers.

• A police check will be required for successful applicants over 18 years of age.
• A valid right to work in Australia is essential.

Qualifications:

• Management experience in Hospitality or Retail is preferred but not required.
• First Aid Level 2 is preferred but not required.
• Fire Safety Training is preferred but not required.
