We are seeking energetic Shift Managers for casual, part-time, and full-time roles at McDonald's. This position involves the supervision of shifts and the management of a specific restaurant area. Operating as a 24-hour business, we offer flexible scheduling arrangements to accommodate your availability. Please note that working days and hours may be adjusted to align with restaurant operational needs.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC), sales, people practices, and profit during your shifts.
- Oversee staff to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
- Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety.
- Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to meet shift targets and restaurant objectives.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate within a team to provide the best quality and experience for our customers.

Qualifications:
- Management experience in Hospitality or Retail is preferred but not required.
- First Aid Level 2 is preferred but not required.
- Fire Safety Training is preferred but not required.
