Lulu La Delizia in Subiaco is seeking experienced front-of-house professionals for full-time, on-site positions. We are hiring for the roles of Sommelier and Senior Waiter/Section Waiter. If you thrive in a busy restaurant environment, possess a genuine interest in Italian cuisine and wine, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we encourage you to apply.

About You You will possess:

• A minimum of two years' experience within a quality restaurant or fine dining setting.
• Strong service and communication skills.
• A keen attention to detail.
• The ability to maintain composure and organisation during busy service periods.
• Experience managing your own section (for Senior Waiter roles).
• Solid wine knowledge (for Sommelier roles).
• WSET or equivalent wine qualifications are highly regarded for Sommelier applicants.
• A current RSA.
• Approved Manager certification is an advantage for senior roles.
