Direct Collective is a rapidly expanding serviced apartment and permanent rentals group with management rights complexes across Queensland.

We are looking to fill a casual role for a Guest Services Supervisor focused on Public Area Cleaning and housekeeping at our Buddina property, Sunshine Coast 4575.

This position requires a motivated, dynamic, and professional individual. The role involves approximately 3-4 days of work per week, contingent on occupancy, reliability, and quality of work. Flexibility to work a rotational roster, including some weekends, is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Public Areas and Guest Apartments are cleaned and maintained to the required standard, preparing them for guest check-in.
• Monitoring, coaching, and supporting cleaning staff during shifts.
• Efficiently managing the daily cleaning schedule.
• Effective utilisation of costs and stock.

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping is essential.
• High level of attention to detail.
• An outgoing, friendly nature.
• Good organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• A passion for guest experience.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role may be suitable for individuals seeking to work around school hours.

Salary: $35 – $40 per hour. Work Type: Casual. Location: Onsite, Buddina.
