- Takes initiative and identifies tasks that require attention.
- Maintains high standards for customer experience and venue presentation.
- Is reliable, punctual, 18 years of age or older, and has the legal right to work in Australia.
- Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one.
Experience in teaching, coaching, performing arts, hospitality, sport, or customer-facing roles is highly regarded.
What You'll Do: As a Team Leader, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our venue while ensuring exceptional experiences for both customers and staff. Your duties will include:
- Hosting safe, engaging, and entertaining axe throwing sessions for groups of varying sizes.
- Welcoming customers, delivering safety briefings, managing check-ins, and crafting memorable experiences.
- Supporting, training, and providing feedback to Axe Coaches to maintain high team standards.

- Ensuring consistent adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
This is a hands-on role where you will be entrusted to manage shifts independently, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for both customers and staff.
