Yo-Chi Castle Towers is seeking passionate Casual Team Leaders. If you enjoy leading people and performing in dynamic environments, this role may be for you.

As a Team Leader, you will guide shifts, contribute energy, and foster the enjoyable, inviting atmosphere that encourages guest return. You will collaborate with the Venue Leadership team, contributing to crew development, performance enhancement, and ensuring positive shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts with confidence and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Assist the Venue Leadership team in delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Contribute to driving performance, meeting KPIs, and upholding operational standards.
• Ensure guests depart satisfied and intending to return.

Candidate Profile:

• Possesses leadership experience within hospitality, retail, or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). Experience in fast food is considered a bonus.
• Enjoys developing individuals and cultivating a positive team environment.
• Leads by example and demonstrates a willingness to undertake various tasks.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings and exhibits a positive, proactive attitude.
• Available for evening, weekend, and regular closing shifts.
