Yo-Chi Charlestown Square is seeking a dedicated Casual Team Leader to join our team.

Your Role:

• Oversee shifts, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and team members.
• Assist the Venue Leader in enhancing performance and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire team members to achieve their potential.
• Ensure efficient daily operations while upholding Yo-Chi's quality standards.
• Create memorable experiences for all guests.

Who You Are:

• Possess leadership experience within hospitality, food service, retail, or a comparable fast-paced sector.
• Demonstrate a passion for team building and cultivating a positive work environment.
• Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively during busy periods.
• Lead by example with a positive and proactive approach.
• Experience in fast food is highly regarded but not essential.
