Yo-Chi Manly is seeking enthusiastic Casual and Full-Time Team Leaders to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing shifts and fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Assisting the leadership team in performance enhancement and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ensuring efficient daily operations while upholding Yo-Chi's high standards.
• Crafting memorable experiences for every guest.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership experience within hospitality, food service, retail, or a comparable fast-paced sector.
• A passion for team building and cultivating a positive work environment.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform well during busy periods.
• A demonstrated ability to lead by example with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Fast food experience is highly regarded but not essential.
