Job Overview: As a Tour Guide/Driver, you will support the pilot and passengers throughout the flight experience. Responsibilities include entertaining and informing guests, and tracking the balloon across the countryside. This hands-on role operates in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting passengers to the launch site, including collecting guests from designated pick-up points and informing them about the ballooning experience and safety procedures.
• Tracking the balloon during flight and navigating to its landing location to assist with recovery.
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting passengers in and out of the basket, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Deflating, packing, and storing the balloon and equipment properly after each flight.
• Engaging with passengers before and after flights, answering questions, and enhancing their overall experience.
• Returning guests to their designated drop-off locations in a timely fashion.

• LR or MR Driver’s License: A valid LR or MR driver’s license and the ability to drive a 24-seat bus is required.
