Travel Consultant RACWA Cannington Full-time, Permanent Onsite

Serving over 1.3 million RAC members, we are proud to offer the trusted service and expertise that fosters repeat business. We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Consultant for our RAC Carousel Travel Centre on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your Day-to-Day Impact Your daily contribution will focus on delivering exceptional travel experiences and cultivating enduring member relationships. You will:

  • Design personalised itineraries and complex multi-stop journeys.
  • Plan and manage cruise bookings across major global cruise lines.
  • Provide expert destination and product advice.
  • Utilise Sabre for accurate and efficient booking management.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation, tours, insurance, and RAC add-ons.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings while delivering premium member service.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through outstanding customer care.

What You'll Bring We are seeking passionate, commercially minded consultants who excel at delivering exceptional service and possess:

  • Experience in retail travel sales.
  • Cruise knowledge or a strong interest in specialising in cruising.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong destination and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using Sabre or similar GDS systems.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Availability to work occasional Saturdays on a rotating roster.
