Travel Trade Recruitment ltd is seeking a Travel Marketing Executive to join their Sydney NSW based team. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $75k - $85k p.a. + Super.

We are searching for a Travel Marketing Executive who excels in execution, creative development, and teamwork. Your role will be instrumental in delivering impactful campaigns and marketing materials designed to support both trade partners and end consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing comprehensive trade marketing campaigns across B2B and consumer channels.
• Developing compelling marketing collateral, including EDMs, flyers, banners, point-of-sale materials, and digital content.
• Managing campaign execution from initial briefing to launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all regional and international marketing assets.
• Providing support for product launches, trade events, and industry initiatives.
• Creating bespoke toolkits and marketing support for sales teams.
• Monitoring campaign performance and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborating effectively with global teams, regional offices, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of marketing experience; experience within the travel or tourism sector is ideal.
• Practical experience in campaign coordination and content creation.
• Proficiency with EDM platforms, CMS tools, and Microsoft Office.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly and engagingly.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in travel and marketing.
