Ideally, You Possess

• Proven selling experience for New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands (essential).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sabre and airfare knowledge (preferred).
• Call-centre experience (preferred).
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ski product knowledge (a bonus).

A minimum of 1–2 years of travel industry experience is required.
