Valet Operator - ELITE ISLAND SERVICES PTY LTD

ELITE ISLAND SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking a Valet/Guest Services professional to join our team on Hamilton Island, Queensland. We are a cleaning and valet company managing approximately 90 privately owned self-contained properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and providing transport from the airport or marina to their accommodation.
  • Delivering friendly and informative service.
  • Assisting with luggage transfers.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to manage busy and changing schedules.
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An OPEN Drivers license, with confidence driving a manual vehicle.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • A minimum commitment of 6 months.
