Yo-Chi is seeking an experienced Venue General Manager to lead the launch of its first Northern Territory venue in Darwin. This is an opportunity to relocate and build a new team and operation from the ground up, contributing to Yo-Chi's expansion.

About the Role Yo-Chi is opening at Casuarina Square in Darwin. The Venue General Manager will lead this inaugural Northern Territory venue, relocate to Darwin, build a team, and introduce the Yo-Chi experience to the local community. The role involves full venue ownership, shaping culture, and playing a key part in expansion. Successful candidates will undergo approximately four weeks of paid training in Adelaide before relocating for the venue launch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a team from the ground up.
• Take ownership of all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, compliance, and financial performance.
• Drive KPIs, labour, COGS, and overall venue success.
• Create a fun, positive culture for team members and guests.
• Build strong connections within the local community.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR.
• A people-first leader who enjoys developing teams.
• Strong commercial and operational experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace new challenges.
• Willingness to relocate to Darwin for this opportunity.
