Private Advertiser is seeking a Venue Manager for a high-volume location in North Hobart. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader with a focus on sales, operations, and community engagement, looking to advance their career.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a key venue, setting performance and brand representation standards.
• Drive local marketing initiatives, build community partnerships, and foster customer loyalty.
• Develop and mentor a team to create a culture of growth, sustainability, and excellence.
• Manage sales and operations within a high-volume environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years in a senior management role within high-volume hospitality or multisite operations.
• Experience within major hospitality groups.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, high-performing teams.
• Passion for local marketing, events, and community engagement.
• A track record of building strong partnerships and increasing customer loyalty.
• Ability to mentor, engage, and develop managers, fostering high performance and talent growth.
• Emotionally mature, resilient, and people-focused leadership.
