Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve issues and enhance quality and service.
• Support the opening and/or closing of the catering department following company checklist guidelines.
• Engage with customers, learning their names and preferences to build rapport.
• Anticipate customer needs and strive to surpass expectations.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Contribute to achieving business goals and objectives set by management.

Key Qualities:

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role is ideal.
• A strong customer service focus.
• Professional, upbeat, and friendly demeanour.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Positive and flexible attitude.
• Highest standards of presentation and grooming.
• Confidence to lead while remaining receptive to feedback and learning.
• Honest and results-focused, capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Proven experience in genuinely implementing innovative ideas.
• Ability to correctly follow manual handling procedures.
