Position: Wait Staff Company: SESG Location: Nowra Work Type: Casual, Onsite

SESG is seeking a Wait Staff member to join its Club's hospitality team in Nowra. This role is fundamental in delivering outstanding dining service to members and guests, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring efficient operations. The successful candidate's professionalism and attention to detail will enhance the overall customer experience and the Club's standing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer friendly, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with the setup, clearing, and upkeep of clean and tidy dining areas.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns positively and proactively.
• Accurately process payments using cash and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Provide support to bar and kitchen teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, club, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• A grasp of food and beverage service standards.
• Familiarity with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and customer service best practices.
• Possession of an up-to-date RSA would be beneficial, but is not necessary.
• Experience with handling cash and electronic payments is an advantage.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
