Kafeneion - Waiter/Bartender (Casual)

Kafeneion, situated within The Melbourne Supper Club, an iconic Melbourne CBD venue, is seeking experienced, positive, and motivated casual Front of House staff. We operate for dinner and late-night supper from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Happy to work one or two late nights.
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced cafe or one-hat restaurant is ideal.
• A desire to make a long-term commitment to developing your skills.
• An appreciation and sound knowledge of food, wine, and service.
• An eye for detail and enjoyment in performing tasks correctly.
• Enjoyment and thriving in a busy and controlled environment.
• A wish to develop, expand, and challenge your wine knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Courteous and kind with a proactive attitude.
