CBRE manages a premium portfolio of assets for IFM Investors. We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Melbourne team to help deliver the events, communications, and community programs that make our buildings great places to work and visit.
This role is for someone organised, creative, and genuinely energised by people and place. You will be involved in everything from event logistics and digital content to tenant enquiries and campaign delivery, with the support of a close-knit, high-performing team.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate events, activations, and wellbeing programs across the portfolio, managing logistics, suppliers, and communications end to end.
- Manage and update digital content across signage, eDMs, lift screens, and the EPIC community app.
- Support marketing and campaign rollouts, contributing to creative assets and copy.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain contractor compliance records.
- Respond to tenant and community enquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional on-site experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the broader property and facilities teams.
About You:
You thrive in a varied, people-facing role and take pride in the detail behind a well-run event or a polished piece of communications.
- A background in events, communications, marketing, customer experience, or a closely related field.
- Comfortable with technology including apps, Mailchimp, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written communication skills and a creative eye for content and campaigns.
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving instincts.
- A positive, collaborative approach and a genuine willingness to take ownership.
