K&S Disability Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation & Community Growth Manager to lead the expansion of its accommodation services and community partnerships across Victoria. This role is for an individual passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities that make a genuine difference in the lives of people living with disability.

This is more than a business development role; it is an opportunity to assist individuals with disability in finding suitable housing, appropriate support, and pathways to greater independence. If you enjoy networking, developing strategic partnerships, and working within the NDIS sector, K&S Disability Care welcomes your application.

About K&S Disability Care K&S Disability Care is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering person-centred supports that empower individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Occasional interstate travel may be necessary for conferences, partnership development, and organisational growth support.

  • Deliver presentations and information sessions to industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, referral pipelines, and business development reporting.
  • Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • Support marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns.
