Lead a dedicated catering team in Warwick, responsible for the delivery of safe, nutritious meals that support patient care and aged residents. This role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity with a daily impact on service quality, staff support, and the community's experience.

Your Daily Contribution:

As an Auxiliary Services Supervisor – Catering, you will be integral to ensuring patients and residents receive safe, high-quality meals that support their wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily kitchen operations.
  • Leading your team with confidence to establish a reliable and supportive food service.
  • Leading catering operations to deliver timely, nutritious meals across hospital and aged care settings.
  • Supporting and mentoring your team, building capability and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Driving improvements in food quality, safety, and service delivery standards.
  • Managing resources and systems to maintain efficient, compliant, and responsive operations.

About You:

You are a capable and grounded leader who takes pride in managing a well-organised, high-quality service. You approach busy environments with a calm, practical perspective and possess the ability to unite people to achieve strong results. Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in food services, ideally within healthcare, aged care, or large-scale catering.
  • Ability to lead and support a team, including rostering and performance management.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A qualification in food safety supervision or hospitality.
  • Experience improving service delivery in a structured environment.
