Bianca and Bridgett is an established and expanding global brand operating in the beauty and fashion sectors, with expertise in wholesale, import, and online retail. We are recognised for our innovative approach and fashion-forward products, operating within a fast-paced environment. We seek a motivated and experienced accountant to join our dynamic team and collaborate closely with our two female founders.

The Role As the Accountant, you will work directly with the directors and adopt a hands-on approach to all facets of the finance function for both businesses. This is an engaging prospect for a confident professional who thrives in a rapidly growing company and is comfortable working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management financial statements
• Management of cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
• Oversight and assurance of compliance with BAS, payroll, and statutory reporting obligations
• Handling of daily accounting operations
• Provision of strategic financial insights to support business growth
• Collaboration with the directors to drive financial performance and efficiency

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in a very fast-paced industry; cosmetics, fashion, or retail experience is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• A hands-on approach, with the capacity to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with payroll and BAS preparation.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year Work Type: Full-time Location: Murrumbeena (Onsite)
