This role involves a blend of Business Advisory, Outsourced CFO services, and Compliance for a dynamic client base. Work Responsibilities

The firm's operations are structured as follows:

• Compliance: 40%
• Business Advisory: 30%
• Outsourced CFO: 30%

Experience Profile

An ideal candidate will possess a combination of Business Advisory and Outsourced CFO experience. However, candidates with a strong background in either area are encouraged to apply, provided they are amenable to undertaking a mix of both. The role requires demonstrated experience with sophisticated clients, encompassing both listed and unlisted entities, in business advisory, compliance, and/or outsourced CFO functions.

Qualifications for Success

• Ideally, candidates will have eight or more years of experience in a Business Advisor role within a professional accounting practice, or a combination of public accounting and commercial experience.
• A robust understanding of compliance, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning.
• A curious and proactive approach to identifying optimal solutions for the benefit of the team and clients.
• A dedication to quality work and an openness to training and mentorship opportunities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure and competing deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute innovative ideas.
• CA / CPA certification.
