  • Support the administration of superannuation contributions, payroll tax compliance, and timely statutory reporting, working closely with the Head Office Payroll and Finance teams.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and maintain employee payroll records to ensure accuracy.
  • Support and maintain compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements to safeguard company assets and promote financial stability.
  • Support the administration team with financial and operational tasks as required.

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 + years' experience within a similar role (ideally within an aligning trade/industry sector).
  • Business or Accounting related qualification highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, self-starter with a flexible attitude.
  • A willingness to learn, upskill and commitment to supported training and development.
  • A ‘numbers’ focused aptitude with excellent attention to detail and the ability to ‘think outside the box’.
  • Computer literate, skilled in utilizing multiple software platforms.
  • Preferred experience with using Epicor ERP (or similar), Employment Hero, and Microsoft Suite.
  • An excellent customer-centric and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Trustworthy, with integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Why join CQE?

  • Be part of a growing and well-established Australian manufacturing company.
  • Lead a high-performing team in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the efficiency and effectiveness of business functions.
  • Competitive remuneration and career growth opportunities.
