Accounts and Office Manager
Goodwill Projects Fortitude Valley Full-time, Onsite Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year (plus Super)
This position is for the individual who will ensure our business operations function seamlessly. It extends beyond a typical accounts role, seeking someone who finds satisfaction in establishing order, proactively resolving issues, and enhancing the success of those around them. You should be as comfortable with financial reconciliations as you are with office organisation, team support, and assisting at events when required. If you possess a keen eye for detail, enjoy assisting others, and derive genuine satisfaction from maintaining the smooth operation of a dynamic business, we encourage you to apply.

Recognised with the 2023 Telstra Best of Business Award – Building Communities and the 2024 Australian Small Business Champion Awards, we have been cultivating vibrant, community-centric experiences since 2006. Our portfolio encompasses 12 prominent markets, Eat Street Northshore, and serves over 100,000 weekly attendees. We specialise in creating meaningful spaces that foster small business growth and community connection. Our reputation is built on developing destinations people enjoy, experiences people recall, and a workplace where dedicated individuals can pursue fulfilling careers while making a tangible impact.
About the Role This role serves as the operational core of our head office. You will be instrumental in supporting the daily financial administration of the business, ensuring efficient office operations, and fostering an environment that enables the team to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will span accounts, payroll, office management, and general business support, contributing to the robust foundations that empower our teams to deliver outstanding markets, events, and venues across South East Queensland. This role offers significant variety, and we seek an individual who embraces this, takes initiative, and genuinely enjoys assisting others.
About You You are someone who naturally brings order to your surroundings. You value organisation, take pride in accuracy, and proactively offer assistance without being prompted. You are approachable, professional, and reliable, building trust through follow-through on your commitments. You thrive as part of a team, recognising that strong workplaces are built on mutual support. You do not adhere to the notion of "that's not my job"; you are willing to contribute wherever assistance is needed. Crucially, you are seeking an opportunity to build a long-term career, contribute to a positive company culture, and be part of a growing organisation.
