REDiMED, a national healthcare provider offering multidisciplinary health solutions such as pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, injury treatment, drug & alcohol testing, and medicolegal services, seeks an Accounts (Billing) Officer to join its finance team.
This is an onsite, part-time position based in Joondalup. The employer is amenable to extended days or a part-time arrangement, prioritising consistency across the week over rigid hours.
About the Role:
This position is part of the billing function, responsible for the timely, end-to-end delivery of billing and efficient processing of invoices in accordance with policies, client requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to resolve queries, enhance processes, and maintain smooth revenue flow. It is suited for an individual who appreciates a blend of detail, stakeholder interaction, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Process Improvement: Manage invoice generation, ensure accuracy, identify billing issues, and collaborate with the team to improve processes, including supporting the mapping and refinement of billing workflows.
- Stakeholder Support: Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Control Procedures: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain data integrity.
About You:

Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience within the healthcare sector.
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, business, or a similar field.
Essential Requirements:
- AR / billing experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with Excel being essential.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
