The Role:

You will assume a practical position, taking charge of the firm’s financial operations, which includes:

• Managing trust and office accounts.
• Processing and allocating trust monies daily.
• Managing payroll from start to finish.
• Communicating with external accountants and auditors.
• Supporting compliance and financial reporting.

About You:

• 2–3+ years of experience in legal accounting.
• A strong background in trust accounting is essential.
• Prior experience utilising Affinity is essential.
• Capacity to work independently and commence work without delay.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach.
