Richard Lloyd Accounting Recruitment is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a contract role in Sydney NSW. This hybrid position offers a salary of $70,000 – $75,000 + Super.

Company Background Our client is a prominent professional services firm within its specialty, recognised across the APAC region. They are currently experiencing a period of change and are looking for a motivated and dynamic Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a longer-term temporary contract.

The Role In this high-volume, process-driven position, you will be responsible for supporting local and international supplier workflows. Key duties include:

• Processing supplier tax invoices
• Managing credit card claims
• Handling operational invoices
• Processing high-volume foreign and local payments
• Managing the AP inbox and addressing stakeholder queries
• Reconciling local and overseas creditor statements
• Matching direct debit payments to invoices and ensuring correct allocation

Your Background To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

• Immediate availability
• Experience in end-to-end accounts payable functions
• Prior experience with reconciliations
• Confident communication skills
• Experience with high-volume processing
• Experience within the legal/professional services or WIP-based industry is highly regarded.
