Position Purpose: As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will contribute to the Perdaman CERES project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier invoices from receipt through to payment.
• Receive and verify invoices, then code and enter them into the system.
• Obtain approvals, schedule and process payments, reconcile vendor accounts, and maintain financial records.
• Handle vendor communications, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closing and audits to ensure financial compliance and manage cash flow.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or higher in Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or field.
• Previous SAP experience is a must.
• Required legal entitlements to work in Australia.
