Position Purpose: As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will contribute to the Perdaman CERES project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier invoices from receipt through to payment.
- Receive and verify invoices, then code and enter them into the system.
- Obtain approvals, schedule and process payments, reconcile vendor accounts, and maintain financial records.
- Handle vendor communications, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closing and audits to ensure financial compliance and manage cash flow.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or higher in Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or field.
- Previous SAP experience is a must.
- Required legal entitlements to work in Australia.
