Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking the full spectrum of accounts payable processing.
• Processing high volumes of invoices and performing data entry.
• Conducting supplier reconciliations and addressing related queries.
• Processing payments and ensuring timely authorisation.
• Maintaining precise records within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Providing assistance to the broader finance department on ad hoc tasks.

About You

• Previous experience in accounts payable or finance is noted, or a strong aspiration to build a career in AP.
• Consideration is given to graduates and individuals at the early stages of their careers.
• Familiarity with large ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, D365, or comparable systems is highly regarded.
• Possesses a strong capacity for detail and organisational aptitude.
• Demonstrates an ability to handle a substantial workload.
• Exhibits a positive outlook and a readiness to acquire new knowledge.
