Sharp & Carter Accounting Clerical is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer for a permanent, full-time, onsite role in Epping. This position offers a salary of $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a long-term permanent basis in Melbourne's North. This role is suited for a motivated individual seeking diverse responsibilities and a new challenge, who is passionate about Accounts Receivable and wishes to build strong relationships to support company growth and success.

About the Role: Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the debtors ledger of national accounts
• Daily reconciliations
• Timely allocations and receipting of payments
• Daily banking
• Processing invoices
• Following up on overdue accounts and engaging in debt collection, including negotiating payment plans where required
• Setting up new customers and accounts
• Diligently handling and successfully resolving customer queries
• Preparing and analysing weekly debtor reports
• Undertaking ad hoc duties to support the team

About You: To be considered for this position, you will possess:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with varying stakeholders
• A reliable and positive attitude
• A willingness to provide support in a team environment
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong time management skills
• Prior experience in a busy finance environment
