Luxury RVS QLD is seeking a motivated, driven, and enthusiastic individual for a combined Accounts, Reception, and Customer Experience role. This position offers the opportunity to contribute your knowledge, experience, and passion to a boutique Caravan Dealership. You will become an integral part and welcoming face of our premium caravan dealership located in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast.

This part-time, onsite role primarily involves small business accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as processing payroll for a small team. Additionally, the position includes basic reception duties and the provision of an excellent customer service environment. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working in a small team, pride themselves on professionalism, and relish the opportunity to own their responsibilities and drive continuous improvement through systems, processes, and structures.

About the Role:

• Entering and processing day-to-day accounts.
• Processing payroll.
• Managing incoming phone enquiries and customer communications.
• Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom.
• Scheduling appointments for sales consultations.
• Collecting and accurately recording client information.
• Supporting the contract sign-up process.
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general administration.
• Helping to ensure the showroom maintains a professional and welcoming environment.
• Experience with Xero is essential.

About You:

• A warm, confident, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• The ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in accounts, reception, customer service, retail, design, or administration will be highly regarded.
• A passion for the outdoors and anything Caravan and Camping is desirable.
