We are seeking dedicated in-home care support workers to join our Sydney team. This role is crucial in delivering comprehensive care to our clients. Live Well provides thorough training and ongoing support to equip you for this significant role in caring for our valued clients.

Current casual shifts are available in the following areas:

• Inner-West Suburbs, including Strathfield, Auburn, and Hurstville.
• South-Sydney Suburbs, including Cronulla and the Sutherland Shire.
• Western Sydney, including Lidcombe, Blacktown, and Penrith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support to elderly clients within their homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and preparing meals.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.
• Aid with mobility and provide transport for medical appointments and community visits.
• Undertake light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Observe and report any changes noted in clients' health, wellbeing, or behaviour.

About You:

• Possess compassion, patience, and empathy, with a genuine commitment to aged care.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate reliability and responsibility, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

• Availability for casual and on-call shifts.
• A valid Police Check issued within the last six months.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and consistent access to a dependable vehicle.
• Previous experience in Aged Care, NDIS, or a comparable support role is highly regarded.
