The Equipped Centre is seeking independent practitioners for contract positions based onsite in Wangara. This role offers a salary range of $110,000 – $150,000 per year.

As an independent practitioner, you will:

• Manage your own caseload and schedule.
• Deliver services in a manner consistent with your professional style.
• Operate with full autonomy and control, free from administrative burdens.

The Equipped Centre provides:

• An 80/20 split arrangement.
• Purpose-built clinic rooms located in Wangara.
• Access to premium practice management software.
• Support with administration and finance/bookkeeping.
• In-house supervision, where available.
• All necessary resources without the associated overheads or administrative complexities.

Job Requirements:

• Registration with your relevant governing body. (Entry-level Behaviour Support Practitioner support can be discussed upon contact.)
• An Australian Business Number (ABN), or the ability to establish one during onboarding.
