Role Overview: As an Area Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team. You will collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to guide a team of Support Workers who are making a significant impact daily. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership position, suited for individuals who excel in busy settings and prefer to lead by example.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Support Workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred support services.
• Engage with participants, families, and other stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Oversee service delivery and quality assurance.
• Participate in a collaborative leadership group that offers mutual support for success.
• Be part of a rotating on-call roster.

What You Will Bring:

• Leadership experience within the disability sector.
• A strong understanding of the NDIS sector, quality and safeguarding regulations, and person-centred practices.
• A people-first mindset and a practical, hands-on approach.
• A positive outlook and confidence in managing teams in dynamic environments, building strong team culture with enthusiasm.

Pre-commencement Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months).
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module – ‘Quality, Safety and You’.
• First Aid certification with CPR.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Qualifications in a relevant field (or currently pursuing them) are highly regarded.
