Roc Consulting is presenting a rare opportunity with a leading accounting firm in Mackay. This full-time, onsite position offers a genuine pathway to equity partnership.

The Position: Created to support future succession planning and growth, the Associate Director role involves:

• Managing a client portfolio in collaboration with the Partners.
• Assisting with the firm's daily operations.
• Engaging in new business development.
• Providing leadership to a motivated team.
• Contributing to the growth of the advisory arm, alongside the tax compliance fee base.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:

• CA or CPA qualification.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience within Australian Public Practice.
• A genuine interest and passion for progressing to equity partnership, with a 2-year timeframe.
• Experience with primary production and mining clients would be highly desirable, or a willingness to work with clients in these industries.
• Experience with clients exceeding $100 million in turnover.
• The ability to operate at a Director level.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, which are non-negotiable.
• An excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Salary: $180,000 - $205,000 per annum plus superannuation.
• Bonuses and profit share are on offer.
