The Trust and Safety (TnS) engineering team is tasked with safeguarding our users from harmful content and abusive behaviours. Through the ongoing efforts of this team, we aim to deliver an optimal user experience and bring enjoyment to individuals worldwide. Our responsibilities include developing content moderation process systems, rule engines, strategy systems, feature engines, human moderation platforms, risk insight systems, and various supporting platforms across the TnS organisation.

Responsibilities
- Undertake research and development for trust and safety-related systems and product functionalities within international live streaming products. This includes, but is not limited to, safety processes, user perception, review efficiency enhancements, and the construction of strategy platforms.
- Contribute to improving the safety experience for a large volume of international live streaming users by building high-concurrency, high-stability systems designed for substantial daily active user counts.
- Conduct in-depth exploration and analysis of business requirements and products to identify solutions for live streaming safety challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Individuals currently completing or who have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and experience with at least one programming language from the following: Python, Go, PHP, C++, or Java.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability in problem analysis and driving solutions, with a capacity for identifying root causes and adeptness at summarising findings.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and service orientation, coupled with proactivity, an optimistic outlook, a robust sense of responsibility, and self-motivation.
