The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning, and urban design. For developers, this service line provides key services including site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals, and engineering design through to construction completion.

We are looking for an experienced Engineer, Civil to join our expanding team in Perth, WA. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving project performance to successfully meet client commitments and cultivate strong relationships. Supported by over 550 national experts, this presents a distinct opportunity to significantly influence our prominent land development projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and manage large-scale land development or built form projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 12D experience is preferred.
