This full-time, permanent Banking Consultant role is located at the ANZ Cairns Branch, 42-52 Abbott Street, Cairns, QLD 4870. The position operates on-site, with a 40-hour work week. The salary offered is $75,474.

In this role, you will contribute to customer engagement and advocacy, creating tangible customer value. You will actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for understanding customer risk profiles and ensuring adherence to ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess:

• A strong focus on customer service; retail experience is an advantage.
• Experience as a user and promoter of technology; working knowledge of various digital channels is an advantage.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• A willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
• A sound understanding of compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
