Billing Clerk
Premier Services Groups Aust & NZ P/L is seeking a Billing Clerk to join our busy Arndell Park office. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary of $65,000 – $70,000 per year.
Job Descriptions:
- Create and issue invoices to customers.
- Enter bills accurately and expeditiously for proper record handling and prompt payment responses.
- Process credit notes as required.
- Document payment records and any issues that occur.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
- Send out invoices to customers if required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of two years’ accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with system software Uptick is advantageous.
- Proven customer service experience, including managing inbound phone enquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, enquiries, and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within multi‑team environments.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills to deliver high‑quality customer service.
