Business Advisory Senior Accountant - Interesting Clients & Genuine Progression
Lawson Elliott Recruitment is seeking a full-time Business Advisory Senior Accountant for their client in Sydney NSW. This role offers a salary package of $95k - $110k plus benefits and allows for remote work.

In this role, you will collaborate with a close-knit group of intelligent individuals and report to an exceptional Manager dedicated to providing the same mentoring and development opportunities they received. You will also have direct interaction with Partners/Client Directors across a broad spectrum of their clients. The firm's forward-thinking model minimises compliance-heavy tasks, allowing you to focus on the more exciting and complex responsibilities for your clients. You will work alongside onshore and offshore resources handling compliance tasks, ensuring they meet required standards and assisting with their training and mentoring.
The firm provides a robust learning and development platform, offering ongoing support and mentoring to foster individual success and career progression. The client base is extensive, ranging from High Net Worth Individuals to large corporate entities, including both local and international clients. You will gain experience across all areas of Tax and other functions not typically found in firms of similar size.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own client portfolio.
- Provide written and verbal advice to clients.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Train, review, and mentor junior team members, both onshore and offshore.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of local experience in Business Services/Advisory.
- CA or CPA qualified, or part qualified.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to working in a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
