North West Quarries is seeking to hire an experienced Business Services Manager who possesses a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. This role offers flexibility in hours, including the possibility of part-time or school hours. The office is situated at the Pippingarra quarry, located approximately 35 km from Port Hedland. This position is ideally suited for an individual seeking a responsible and rewarding role, with prior experience in quarrying, civil, or road transport operations.

The Business Services Manager will oversee the financial, administrative, and support functions essential for seamless and compliant business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing financial, administrative, and support functions.
• Performing bookkeeping, payroll, and financial administration.
• Utilising MYOB for invoicing, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Managing vendor and service contracts.
• Onboarding new personnel.
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender documentation.
• Handling compliance reporting.

Experience and Skills:

• Solid bookkeeping skills, including budget planning, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, external clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Sound MYOB experience (essential).
• Experience in quarrying, transport, logistics, or related industries in regional or remote settings is preferred.
