MW Recruitment is seeking a Business Services & Tax Accountant for a full-time, onsite position in Bendigo. The salary on offer is $80,000 – $100,000 per year.

This role is with a boutique modern accounting firm that delivers business services, CFO advisory, bookkeeping, and self-managed super fund services. The team is largely young, energetic, and collaborative, serving SME clients across a range of industries.

Your Role:

Working from the Bendigo office, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Preparation and lodgment of BAS/IAS and FBT returns.
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory matters.
• Liaising with SME clients (no individual clients) and the internal Melbourne office team.

About You:

• Intermediate or senior accountant level, with approximately 3+ years of experience in an accounting firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and progress in a supportive environment.
• Open to part-time or school hours.
