RSL LifeCare is seeking a full-time Carer to join their team in Dungog. This is an onsite position with a salary of $33.75 - $37.50 per hour plus Super and Not-for-Profit benefits.

• Collaborating with residents and their families to provide personal care.
• Delivering quality, timely, and effective care that meets individual resident needs and aligns with care plans.

• Adopting a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting individual goals and preferences.
• Participating in risk management and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Building strong, productive relationships with your team to achieve positive resident outcomes.

We are seeking individuals with demonstrated compassion, empathy, and advocacy, who are passionate about the impact they make. Essential for this role are excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure optimal resident experience, teamwork, and care standards. You should also possess the ability to work efficiently by optimising technology use. Teamwork is highly valued, as we collaborate within a skilled team to provide the best care and support each other. Qualifications in individual support or related work experience are beneficial. Australian Working Rights are required.

A mandatory requirement for team members in the Aged Care sector is a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to fulfil the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment.
